Bath Time…Issa Vibe!

Looking back to this time last year…I was anticipating a trip to Paris to celebrate my anniversary. Who would have ever thought months later we’d be in the midst of a pandemic, in these uncertain times with as much that seems to be out of our control, this is definitely a wake up call for us all to cherish and live in the moment. Wake up and be great in every way imaginable.
As long as I continue to witness the sun rise and set, I am determined to embrace this time of uncertainty with Gods grace and mercy.  I will surround myself with/and do things that bring me joy in order to create emotional, spiritual and physical balance in effort not to become overwhelmed by the current events surrounding the Novel Coronavirus.

Bubbles…Its always the simple things, that bring us the most joy!
There’s something to be said for low lighting, bubbles and scents that promote relaxation.
In this post I share how I create an incredible bath experience that literally takes me away. If you know me, you know I enjoy nothing more than a Spa, however due to our current situation, I have no plans to step foot in a Spa anytime soon, yet I still plan to immerse myself in my love of self-care, right in the confines of my own home…taking inspiration from some of the most luxurious Spa’s I’ve visited, I’ve surrounded myself with more of what makes me happy. Little luxuries like candles, bath salts, soothing aromas and calming sounds…creating a sanctuary worthy of any luxurious oasis (in my opinion).

My Antica Farmacista Diffuser permeates a crisp scent celebrating the sparkling effervescence of Prosecco and Champagne (my fave) balanced with satsuma citrus, apricot, passionfruit and sugared black currant…omg…too bad this is not a scratch and sniff post because this fragrance is setting a whole vibe!
Grab a few stems of your favorite flowers from your local market or florist and create an arrangement to your liking. Here I used Whistlers and a few sprigs of lysemachia. The Whistlers put off a pleasant aroma that doesn’t conflict with my Prosecco Diffuser.
In keeping with the theme, whats better…than a nice chilled glass of Prosecco while enjoying the soothing sounds of Sade.
The Bamboo Bathtub Caddy is definitely essential in creating the perfect bath experience, and because I’m a stoner (pun intended) I usually keep my chakra gems near by. The blue stones I have here, have a pacifying effect on the nervous system and brings great relaxation.
